Meet Our Leadership

Randy Morgan | Co-Owner

Randy Morgan brings over 46 years of experience to the construction and design industry, starting his career at age 16 in kitchen and bath remodeling. He joined his family’s business, Morgan’s Electric and Plumbing, in 1984 and managed the Fremont/Wallingford showroom for more than 20 years.

With extensive expertise in CAD design programs for cabinet layout, electrical, and plumbing designs, Randy has worked closely with construction professionals and homeowners throughout his career. In 2015, he transitioned from the family business to focus on layout and design, with a mission to bridge the communication gap between contractors and clients.

Partnering with Ryan, Randy co-founded RnR Design Build to provide Seattle and surrounding areas with comprehensive design services for kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, and DADUs. His decades of industry knowledge and commitment to clear communication make him an invaluable consultant for any residential construction project.

Ryan Vincent | Co-Owner

Ryan is a 4th generation builder from South Carolina with over 20 years of comprehensive construction experience. He began his career working for the same builder that employed his father and uncles for over 30 years, eventually buying into the business when the original owner retired.

Starting as a laborer, Ryan worked his way up through every level of construction, progressing from carpenter to lead carpenter, superintendent, and project manager. His extensive hands-on experience includes managing multi-million dollar custom homes from foundation to completion, with carpentry remaining his specialty and passion.

At 28, Ryan founded his first construction company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise. His comprehensive understanding of all construction phases, combined with his commitment to quality craftsmanship, makes him an invaluable partner in delivering exceptional results.

Ryan brings his extensive sales and construction experience to RnR General Contractor and Design, adding technical expertise and the project management skills needed for success.
