Founded by Randy Morgan, RnR combines over 60 years of design and construction experience to create beautiful, functional spaces for homeowners throughout the Seattle area.

As a state-licensed, bonded, and insured design build firm in Washington, we’ve built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, transparent communication, and attention to detail. Meet Our Leadership

Randy Morgan | Owner

Randy Morgan brings over 46 years of experience to the construction and design industry, starting his career at age 16 in kitchen and bath remodeling. He joined his family’s business, Morgan’s Electric and Plumbing, in 1984 and managed the Fremont/Wallingford showroom for more than 20 years.

With extensive expertise in CAD design programs for cabinet layout, electrical, and plumbing designs, Randy has worked closely with construction professionals and homeowners throughout his career. In 2015, he transitioned from the family business to focus on layout and design, with a mission to bridge the communication gap between contractors and clients.

Randy is the owner of RnR Design Build, providing Seattle and the surrounding areas with comprehensive design services for kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, and DADUs. His decades of industry knowledge and commitment to clear communication make him an invaluable consultant for any residential construction project.
